The Chicago Nomads Ski Club
Welcome to the Nomad Ski Club Website
The Nomad Ski Club is one of the best ski clubs in the Chicago area. We’ve been in existence for over 47 years and have over 250 members ranging in ages from 21 to mid 80’s. We meet twice a month in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Our goal is to have fun. We offer a variety of events so there’s always something for everyone.
The Club sponsors approximately 4 weekend bus trips and 4 week long trips per ski season. We have skiers at all levels from beginner to expert. We not only ski hard we play hard. When we are not on the slopes, you will find us relaxing in the hot tub or having cocktails by the fireplace. You can also find us on a cruise ship, rafting, canoeing, playing volleyball, biking, hiking or dancing. We have two picnics every year, one in the spring and one in the fall.
You do not have to be a
member to participate in any of our social events so come on out and
meet
us. I guarantee you’ll have a great time.
